Colour short film entitled “ARCADIA”, produced by the Greek National Tourism Organisation (GNTO), the Prefecture of Arcadia, the Municipality of Tripoli, and the Peloponnese Integrated Mediterranean Programmes (IMP), directed by Christoforos Mareis, with music by Vangelis Papathanassiou and narration by Irene Papas. The film presents the history and geography of Arcadia, beginning with Tripoli and the statue of Kolokotronis. It records settlements such as Vytina, Mantineia, and Leonidio, highlighting archaeological sites, museums, and Byzantine monuments. At the same time, it captures the natural and coastal landscapes of the region, as well as the daily life, traditions, and activities of its inhabitants.
