Nikolaidis Giorgos
Colour short video by the GNTO presenting Alonnisos, directed by Giorgos Nikolaidis, with artistic direction by Tasos Birsim and screenplay by Panos Yfantis. With narration by Noni Ioannidou, the camera travels from the port of Patitiri and the settlement of Marpounta to the eastern beaches, Votsi and Kokkinokastro. Particular emphasis is placed on the traditional architecture of Chora and the National Marine Park with the Mediterranean monk seal. Through the recording of daily life, the natural landscape and nightlife, the film presents the island’s tourism and cultural identity.
