Colour documentary film “WESTERN GREECE DISTRICT” (1994, Delta Films), directed and photographed by S. Koutoupis. With Greek narration, the film presents the natural and historical attractions of Achaia, Ilia and Aetolia-Acarnania. The visual material includes urban centres such as Patras, Pyrgos, Nafpaktos and Messolonghi, as well as major archaeological sites, with Ancient Olympia holding a prominent place. Religious monuments, landscapes of mountainous Achaia and the coastal front of the region are also featured.
