The Sariza spring is located in the village of Apoikia, a few kilometres beyond Chora, on the western side of the island. The marble relief features an arched crowning decorated with floral motifs and a cross, an inscription, a coat of arms flanked by cypresses and, at its base, a lion-head spout dispensing the renowned medicinal water.
