MACEDONIA
Colour short film entitled “MACEDONIA”, produced by the Greek National Tourism Organisation. With English narration, the documentary presents the historical course of the region from antiquity and Byzantium to the modern era. The visual material includes natural landscapes, lakes and rivers, as well as archaeological finds and mosaics from Pella, Dion and Vergina. The film also features fortification monuments in Thessaloniki, Platamon and Kavala, together with footage from the monasteries of Mount Athos.
